PRODUCT SUPPORT
Lincad have developed a support infrastructure for all of its in service advanced portable power management systems. This service covers product support from introduction into service to disposal at the end of a products lifetime.
The Lincad support organisation covers the following key activities:
- Generation of user and maintainence support publications
- Saftey case support
- Hardware and Software modifications and upgrade
- Product Investigation
- Field return investigation and repair
- Spares supply
- Disposal at the end of life
Lincad therefore have the support infrastructure to provide the level of support required by any customer ranging from engineering resource to carry out hardware or software modifications or upgrades through to test engineers to carry out investigations and repairs.
